## Customer sign-in

- Account and private project pages require the account owner's sign-in.
- The public guidance on this page does not grant access to any account.

Let the account owner complete sign-in on Handicraft. Never ask them to
paste their password, sign-in codes or session cookies into chat.

## Using the app

Use the website pages to manage your projects. Customer accounts do not
have a public API or a separate agent connection.

After signing in, you can plan projects and manage their steps and materials.
Read only the information needed for the account owner's request and make
only the changes they ask for. Keep private account and project details private.

## Public guidance

This document contains public sign-in guidance, never customer records or
credentials. Public content may be indexed for search and used
by assistants, but may not be used to train models.
